Choromancy
One of the newest arts to be founded with the advent of the Fourth Age, Choromancy, or its application via Chorotheurgy is misunderstood by many, but upon understanding the breadth of its true capabilities is welcomed. Choromancy is using magic to achieve effects based around teleportation, distortion, and observation — or Translation, Topology, and Perspective as Choromancers tend to call them.
Due to the nature of Choromancy, it isn't unusual to see it adjacent to mathematics and science. This makes the overall college an enigma to areas with less educational availability. The concept of teleportation, however, is definitely the most common exception to this.
With the finalization of the foundation of Choromancy, the Planar Council has started to see its effects due to the effective shortening of distance, making it seem smaller than ever before despite being far larger than ages past. It will take time before this is truly felt though, as the demand for them far exceeds their number.
In the shadow of Omnomancy, there always appeared to be some fundamentals that were close, but also further away than they should be. Omnosophists dug into these, finding they needed assistance from a variety of individuals from different walks of life. The path indeed become clearer, and so from the bowels of Ontomantic philosophy came Choromancy. Due to its nature, some even call it "Geomancy" in jest, given its proximity to geometry.
