A gigantic superhabitable world and considered a "jewel" of the Planar Council, Rubia surprisingly had no native sophont life. One of the Council's most important colony worlds, it has seen its share of nations rise and fall, tragedies and miracles. Bordering the Recreancy worlds does mean it deals with frequent invasions of Recreant forces however, and these have only increased with the advent of the Fourth Age. |
